SeeWhatNewAI is the name of this independently operated AI product directory. SeeWhatNewAI is responsible for the information and privacy requests described in this policy.

• Account details supplied through Clerk, such as your name, email, profile image, account identifier, and session information.
• Submission details such as the product name, website URL, selected submission option, backlink-verification information, and review status.
• Payment and transaction details needed to reconcile a Paid Submit. Stripe processes payment-card details; SeeWhatNewAI does not store full card numbers.
• Device, browser, referral, approximate location, usage, diagnostic, and security information generated when the service is used.
• Messages and supporting details sent to our support email.

We use information to operate accounts, accept and review submissions, publish directory pages, process payments and refunds, answer support requests, protect the service, understand usage, and comply with applicable obligations.

Clerk provides authentication, Stripe provides payment processing, Supabase provides database infrastructure, Vercel provides hosting, and Resend provides transactional email. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity provide website analytics. These providers may process information in the countries where they operate under their own privacy and security terms.

On the production website, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may use cookies or similar identifiers and receive page, device, browser, referral, approximate location, and interaction information. Browser controls and provider opt-out tools can limit some of this processing.

We do not sell personal information. Analytics is used to understand site performance and improve the directory and submission journey.

We keep account, submission, billing, support, security, and analytics information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including recordkeeping and dispute handling. Provider records may follow the provider's own retention settings and legal requirements.

To request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, email support@seewhatnewai.com. We may ask for enough information to locate the relevant records and protect the account involved.

SeeWhatNewAI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us so we can review the request.

We use managed-service safeguards, access controls, and encrypted connections to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
